We aren't just a personal training studio. You don't have to have a personal trainer or a pilates instructor. You don't have to sign-up for pilates or yoga. You can just work out on your own. We want to be your neighborhood gym.
All members are welcome to work out on their own without a personal trainer during our normal business hours. However, having a personal trainer gives members the ability to come in outside of our normal business hours.
